Foundation are leading a property tour, presentation, and Q&A session
about the Washington Mills Building No. 1, a historic industrial mill
building located in Lawrence, MA, that they have recently converted
to loft-style apartment homes. The property opened to its first
residents on September 1, 2007. For details about the building,

Following the presentation will be a mixer with appetizers and cash
bar at Marco's Restaurant located across the canal from the
Washington Mills building.
Getting to Lawrence - transportation options:
• Located about .6 miles from the Lawrence commuter rail
station on the Haverhill commuter rail line. Train departs from
North Station at 3p.m. or 4:25 p.m.
